I completely agree. Africans never had the intellect to write and therefore create a non-verbal means to expand knowledge. All knowledge largely dies in a generation. This is magnified by an average lower intelligence which in turn, IMOHO, creates more aggression and envy, Which means even the outliers which could have facilitate the rise in civilization and intellect were themselves pulled back down or killed by the crabs in the bucket. Even where success was possible was short lived because they are unable to maintain anything other than tribalism and crabs in a bucket. IMOHO, a minimal average threshold for IQ is required to obtain and sustain even the minimum of high civilization. By all measure blacks have yet to achieve this.
