It's to stop people from renting out their garages to beaners. I'm all for it. Have you ever lived in a neighborhood where shitskins move in and fuck up the place? I didnt realize it was an invasion situation. I had a condo in Fl and the clown that bought the one under me rented it out. I counted 14 beaners walking out getting into 2 SUVs all dressed for the beach one day! It was a 750 sq ft condo!
