Imagine being the cop who first got to the body. They ruled it "safe" and evacuated. No more gunfire nothing.. then all of a sudden searching the "body" there is an ID for "Ryan Lanza". Hmm.. so instead of just calling it a day, they go into NJ and arrest and interrogate Ryan Lanza? What? Take the body to the coroner and ID it with medical records. Don't bother a guy miles away from the (((incident))).
