This seems like they are laying a foundation to ban individuals from filming in public. What about the cameras that are installed by government and private companies? Their claim of one perspective is wrong. Every location portrayed would have one or more mounted cameras covering the same space. The difference is the government owns their cameras and can pressure businesses into handing over recordings. Individuals are much harder to suppress.

It would piss me off if someone filmed me without permission. But i wouldnt make a statement about it, because it had already happened, and me making a scene would be content.
