Adults that have extended their adolescence into adulthood. You know how little kids will do the opposite of what their parents say just to spite them? This is what this is. They percieve them selves as children and the outside world / system as their parents. The system makes a change that tells them they cannot have ice cream, so they act out like petulant 7 year olds. It's literally what this is.
