I have been watching this guys channel and a bunch of Japanese expats show off Japan. EVERYTHING in New York is a fucking shithole. I have not seen a single apartment / condo that wasn't a total shithole.

The constant noise of NY would drive me insane. Traffic, Emergency sirens, dogs barking, people yelling, and construction everywhere.
