On the apartment condo's they all looked the same to me like the same companies built them to the same spec like the bathrooms I though I was watching the first one rerun a second time. As for the rent per person that is like a house rental in many non city parts of the country where you might have great neighbors that all work and respect each other if you are lucky. :)

Most of those buildings are really old garbage buildings refubed over and and over to maximize tenancy. ALL of the layouts are absolutely absurd and totally unlivable. 6k a month for that piece of garbage layout?

And then he has the balls to open up the windows and look outside at the shit views. Don't get me started on the street walkarounds he does, I mean wow, I can smell that place over the internet.

When I was younger I used to idolize New York City. Go to the clubs a couple times a week. Then one day I was in my late 30s and I had ridden my bike from where I lived and lower New England to Central Park. I'm sitting there watching the people and I just realized how absurdly stupid it was to live in this city. Everyone's on top of each other, there's no room, everyone's ornery and loud, clueless. That was the last day I went to New York City. I only go there now to fly in and out because it has one of the better airports for flights anywhere. But yes New York's countryside is darn beautiful once you get out of the reach of New York City's trains. it's got tons of farms and little villages. Quiet living.

I left there in 2000. I was a city kid, never thought I'd leave, lived in beach front property. I didn't want to raise my kids there. Moved to Florida, it was great for 20 years, but then it also became overcrowded. So I moved to the Ozarks.

I like all the semi permanent structures outside the restaurants. They threw those up during the height of the lock downs to qualify as “outdoor dining”.

I was there in 2019. Before the pandemic. I was a block away from Times Square. We literally had niggers shooting heroin in the lobby of the Holiday Inn I was staying at after 10pm. Bums everywhere. TRASH and puddles of urine EVERYWHERE. Packs of roving niggers hooting and hollering at women.

NYC is a total SHITHOLE. Total!
