Creating massive panic would be an easy way to create a food shortage regardless of supply, like they did with toilet paper a couple of years ago. The chain definitely can't take everyone stocking up months of food at once.
When they war game these things, it ALWAYS ends up coming true, because they make it happen. On purpose. This has already started. I don't know how long it will take until it becomes pretty serious, but its coming. They did this war game in 2015, and amazing how they predicted when it would happen so accurately huh?
