Degrees of rotation. Degrees and inches can be used practically interchangeably.
An inch of toe is roughly 1 degree. 1/8th of an inch is .125 degrees +/- .001 degrees.
π radians = 180 degrees
You lose
Yeah you're right, there's two wheels on an axle, so alignment is x2. A half inch of toe is total toe, and that comes out to about half a degree on each wheel.
