Projection screens are for individual class use/ lessons etc. He turned on all the projection screens in all 6 of the Districts High Schools simultaneously to sync the song (including cafeteria menu screens, and volume at max level) at the admin level - they couldn't be switched off or turned down - if it were he put in a 10 sec loop to restart and continue playing the song at max level again ( only way to stop it was to unplug at the wall).
