It goes both ways but the focus is different. White people emulate behavior or mannerisms because its trendy, or to fit in depending on racial makeup of their community. Black people genuinely want White physical features. The lengths they go through to obtain long straight hair, lighter skin, eyes, etc, etc. White people aren't getting medical procedures to get black skin, big noses and nappy hair.
