The rest of the video is good too. Most of you know this, but, cholesterol level doesn't matter because it is just trying to patch up inflamed portions of blood vessels. What matters is how much of "sticky" (oxidized) cholesterol is in your blood (and also what is also causing the blood vessel inflamation, which is the real cause of atherosclerosis). Also, parkinsons desease seems to have a start in the gut (amongst many other causal effects, but this connection is real none the less).

I'm familiar with gluconeogenesis, which is why I challenged you to explain it in terms of fat metabolism. Please enlighten us about how fats are a gluconeogenic substrate (with references). Still waiting for your answer, which will never come.
