The rest of the video is good too. Most of you know this, but, cholesterol level doesn't matter because it is just trying to patch up inflamed portions of blood vessels. What matters is how much of "sticky" (oxidized) cholesterol is in your blood (and also what is also causing the blood vessel inflamation, which is the real cause of atherosclerosis). Also, parkinsons desease seems to have a start in the gut (amongst many other causal effects, but this connection is real none the less).

The video is pretty dense with really great info.

Are you going to cling to water as the exception to this rule? That seems kind of desperate, desu.

I'm talking about fats and protein. Carbs metabolize into glucose. Fats and proteins don't.

Yes, they do on an as needed basis. It is called gluconeogenesis. If it wasn't possible you would die during keto or fasting. Faster, at least.
