Some pointers:
1) Stay on topic. Don't randomly switch over to bullshit about Biden and Obama at a party. No one gives a shit. I didn't click a link that said "Obama and Biden bullshit at a party". This is where I stopped watching.
2) Don't repeat information. Write out a script and stick to it. Less is more. It takes more work, but if you want viewers, don't improvise. Improvising is something you can do once you have mastered communicating succinctly. This takes years and years of practice and some people can never do it well. You have to be able to write and edit good copy in your head before you speak it.
