Completely possible. I think at bare minimum the camera's not working immediately indicates fed involvement. I've been managing security cameras in one capacity or another for the last 12 years and I have never ever once seen a camera just "not record" magically just 3 cameras. I'm getting tired of the fake bullshit lies though thats for sure.
