Stop blindly defending your ego and look at that history you pretend to care about, every generation got fooled and rolled but the boomers have been a disaster for western civilization they couldn't live up to their parents glory and so became self righteous self obsessed little shits, the me generation sold their family's land, built debt slavery in America, killed their ties to family and died to their own consumption. You left a worse world for everyone who followed while being deeply self righteous at every turn. The generation that recognized the evils of the american war machine had decades to take the bull by the horns but instead encouraged apathy because they couldn't get instantaneous results.
