This appears to be just a few blocks from JSU. I used to work in south Jackson near the corner of Terry and MacDowell. It's the kind of place where Payless gets robbed at 10am by a teen with a bb pistol. Everyone is on welfare and food stamps. On the 1st and 15th, they spend hundreds on hair and cosmetics at Sun Beauty and Sally's. Rebelwood apartments is like the jungle from training day. I'll never live in Mississippi again, let alone Jackson.
