In order for Starship to refuel in LEO. You must launch SIX more starships.

Fun fact. You can take a Falcon Heavy Rocket without fuel in it. Put it on top of the SLS and SLS has more than enough power to put it into LEO.

Neither of those things has anything to do with physics as evidenced by the fact nuclear power plants do generate electricity and SpaceX does make rockets that go into space. The money issues are all about the incompetency and over reach of the government and SpaceX is not a government agency.
