No Spacex uses unpaid interns around 19 years of age and burns them out mentally before discarding them.
It's a meat grinder.
If they were actually making something interesting it might be worth it.

Sources?

If Starship test flights weren't interesting to you, you might wanna reconsider your center of interests.
If Starship test flights weren't interesting to you
What is interesting?
It's an engine testing platform not a space vehicle and AFTER the engines testing is complete they will be forced to redesign the ENTIRE THING.
For example the entire design revolves around the idea that after landing they will use an elevator style platform that lowers payload 50 feet or more down to the surface.
That is purely wishful thinking.
There already will not be enough space on board to take all the food, water and supplies needed for a mars mission so every single pound, every single square inch will be needed. To install a spooling system with cables and electric motors and platforms that raise and lower WILL.NEVER.HAPPEN.
It's like taking a pinball machine to the moon with you. Sure you may use it once or twice as a novelty, but it certainly doesn't help your overall mission.
Secondly, I could write a book about this so I will keep it at 2 points.
NOBODY, no organization, no govt , NOBODY has done a test mission where they lock up humans in a capsule for 6 months with limited supplies and see if they can make it.
We should probably practice that here on earth before we just send people into space in a capsule for 6 months with absolutely NO WAY to turn around or come home.
It's just not going to happen.
The problem is that at the end of the day "Starship" does not lift ENOUGH weight.
SLS has no such limitations, it was designed from the beginning to be a "deep space" rocket.
...nobody did it before....so It's just not going to happen....WILL.NEVER.HAPPEN.
lol Thanks for the good laugh.
If we listened to people with thought process like you, he would still be living in caves.
Edit: still waiting for the sources for your claim about unpaid interns
