The real hellbound decline (after Civil Rights) started in like the late 80’s/early 90’s when more of them started driving and they weren’t getting beat up anymore when appearing in White neighborhoods.

Yeah back in the early seventies you didn't hear much of this now that I recall. Certainly not in the mid sixties.
