It's actually against the law for somebody who is not admitted to the bar to claim to be an attorney. I am very dubious that she passed the bar exam.

I don't think she is intelligent enough to know or care. Her claim is that she is a lawyer because she went to law school.

Imagine shes that dumb that while everyone else is preparing for the law exam. She thinks its an extra test and thinks going to law school is enough? Haha. DA FUTAH LAWYAZ OF AMERICUH!!!!!

It doesn't matter if she knows. If someone reports her to the bar association in the state where she's making those claims she may just face prosecution.
