I'm starting to become a fan of anything other than dry wall, and also a fan of using wood everywhere. In Switzerland everything is wood. Best construction in the world. Wood walls, wood ceiling, wood floors, wood window frames, wood insulation, wood siding, wood cabinets, wood drainage, wood heating system (air traveling through aligned holes in your wood floor rather than metal ducting). It's way more complicated than it sounds because they've really put some thought into how to do things with wood. It's not just standard construction that happens to be wood. It's next level.
