I don't speak Russian or Ukrainian. Anyone can say anything about what someone is actually saying. Without context, the woman asks a soldier something and she cries. I could say it's a Russian soldier telling a Polish woman that she's getting deported to Siberia, and unless you speak the language you can't tell me otherwise.
