One of the biggest moving parts is the Roche 'Big Pharma' entity. They have been flying under the radar & can suddenly pull millions of covid RAT test kits out of their arse. But yes, Switzerland does tend to have the world focus on its mountain peaks & chocolate while the dirty dealing goes on undisturbed.
