All links are technically just IP addresses, though...
But the shadier ones don't always have a DNS lookup on a public DNS server, do they? It seems like at least with a proper URL you're getting a site that can probably be traced back to an owner or administrator with minimal effort A naked IP number could be created by anybody in the same general net region.
Name registrars and some of them major DNS providers simply will not provide services to certain people, so they have no other choice.
Bullshit, it's just a way to create a thieves den of shady faggots. And a thieves den depends on unwary travelers passing through as their "cattle."
I smell the stink of the jew on bullshit like that. If Poal can get registered, anyone can get registered. The only reason someone would have for not getting an ICANN entry would be to do shady shit to other people on the Web. I'm for sure not going to treat such naked IP addresses as a fucking reliable source of information of any kind, you incredibly naive chucklefuck.
what do you think is going to happen?
I think if I went to that IP address, every possible attempt to run various scripts on my web browser would be made, using known exploits of popular operating system and browser combos. Should I have a vulnerability to one of these exploits, my system would become actively infected with most likely a file infector or a root kit, depending on the skill level of the Black Hat. After that, my system would become incredibly slow, since most of its CPU cycles would be doing botnet shit such as grinding out cryptocurrency.
That's what I think MIGHT happen.
