Drug addicts, drug/gun running, secretly under-cover FEDs/mossad... Can't think of many reason as to why somebody would need that many phones. But should these parents be responsible for their son's actions, to the point where they're being charged for what he did? No... Should they possibly be charged with child negligence, or w/e laws we have regarding children? Yes.
