The camera angle changes. Who's filming and why?

The camera that is filming the surveillance camera video is moving not the video. You can seen the pan off the original screen from about 1:24 to 1:27 on the left hand side.

Who is filming? Probably some person who was asked to put it on the web by whoever was told about the incident and asked to check the surveillance footage is my guess.

Why? To put it on the internet for many reasons.

Who was recording? Because it seems like they were about to allow it to happen. The camera man seemed to know what and who to look at.

I guess it could be a video of a video.

it looks like the original video is much wider, and what we're seeing is a crop & pan effect applied to help keep the three characters at the center of the view port.

Assuming this is real (I think it is personally), this woman seems to be in an area where this shit is common. She knows all of the pre-attack indicators because of experience- she noticed the guy's car sitting there empty, with the back door open. He was probably having a fake phone conversation, which often sound awkward. The creep scooting a little closer...

And then when the woman was inside, she heard him speak to the girl. As soon as she came back outside, she knew something was about to happen. Her attention was locked on the creep, never letting him out of her sight. Her body appears to get pretty rigid and defensive. And she had the intiution to follow the girl a little ways! The creep might've been stupid enough that he was actually talking about grabbing the girl to someone on his phone.

Wish we had context/story so we knew if this was even real.
