For those who don't know, this is the Belgian mayor of Hesselt, Steven Vandeput. This incident happened in around June 2020. The cyclist was drunk and the Mayor had guessed he did it intentionally, because he didn't agree with the Mayor's decisions . He was taken to the Station because he continued being difficult even after falling over, apparently he returned to disrupt the interview after they switched locations. The mayor only had a bruise on him. He's actually seen these public videos online and is surprised how much it blew up, and was amused at all the comments people were making.
