Invariably it is new to someone downstream or refreshes conversations about certain things that have been memory holed. While not productive, it is still useful.
Sand is useful, however when it is generously and liberally (hehe) sprayed into ones eyes, it becomes counterproductive. Same difference. Qtards exist to obfuscate the truth.

They generally prefer to stay in their own qbubble subs where things mostly get by unquestioned. I pop in there every once in a while just to remind them how foolish they are.
