What a disgusting situation. Drugs are supposed to be developed for specific things, tested to be sure they are safe and work, and the best drug used for the situation (or no drug at all). Instead unsafe, ineffective drugs are out there, then doctors are paid to give them even when not indicated, using money taken from people under threat of imprisonment. It's so utterly anti-science, anti-rational, anti-civilization.
