What a disgusting situation. Drugs are supposed to be developed for specific things, tested to be sure they are safe and work, and the best drug used for the situation (or no drug at all). Instead unsafe, ineffective drugs are out there, then doctors are paid to give them even when not indicated, using money taken from people under threat of imprisonment. why are bonuses given for anything? a bonus is an incentive and if these incentives actually cause harm whoever installed them should be charged for a multitude of felonies. no way you get to hide behind any sort of medical shield. there no logical reason except to push an agenda.
