Ya know, just spit-balling here, you could build yourself a miniature house, put it down on a sideway under an overpass, and call yourself homeless. Then you could collect that government gravy, get a government phone, make sure you are close enough to a coffee shop to use its Wi-fi, pay no taxes, and live like a nigger on Uncle Sam's dime. In a warm climate, I can see that being viewed as a viable strategy. You could even open a bank account and save half your money. Your clothes would come from Good Will for free. You'd get free medical. Hell, you'd probably get free psychiatric counseling.
Goodwill does not donate clothing to the needy. Goodwill accepts donations and sells it to the public. Goodwill also uses a quirk in labor law to pay retards less than minimum wage. Goodwill has the perfect business model.

Yep. What he's suggesting is like telling white Europeans they can come to the United States because brown and blacks get in for free and sent to major city shelters. A white person coming from through the border would not get the same special treatment.
