I'm pretty sure the 👃 thing to do would be to not solve the homeless problem and to maximize their damage to society rather than minimize or eliminate it. I used to work with the homeless directly. A small fraction takes the help and gets off the streets, like 1% For the Majority it is a LIFE STYTLE CHOICE. Then maybe 25% just broken mentally people who should be in a care hospital.
