thats a lot when you only have 1 bill for a cell phone for $20 a month

[–] 1 pt

Homeless get free phones and unlimited internet. Obama started that shit.

it's the Bay, the cell phone bill is $200 a month.

Back in the day I worked a dangerous manufacturing job to put myself through college. One day OSHA showed up and shut the company down for some very serious infractions (think carbon monoxide level issues). I was denied unemployment, food stamps, and cash because I was a white childless student who didn't work enough hours. It didn't matter that the state took away my job, or that I had paid into the system for at least a decade.

How on earth is this guy getting so much money? No wonder they have such a big homeless problem!

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

Fuckin phone call dude!

how did you work for a decade and not get NEET bucks?

They denied me in 2020 while all the shiftless unemploymed niggers in my building were given unemployment even though they were never employed. It's a race racket.

The real trick is to dress up as homeless for a day to get the handout, then go back to your nice apartment for the rest of the month.

There was a guy that did this that would sit off the side of I5 near the tacoma dome some years ago.

Talked to him and he said with food he pulled in around 300 to 400 a day.

Could have been bullshittin me but meh.

A lot of these guys have drug habits that would be difficult for most working people to afford. Much less afford and still have time to do all the drugs. They panhandle because that's the most efficient thing they can do in terms of making cash and still doing drugs all the time. Women prostitute for the same reason.

I think this is the Esplenade- a very good area and a tourist area. I LOVE that all these pieces of fucking shit have camped out there and Venice Beach. I know a lot of people on here are already aware but if you haven't lived in, or at least visited the CA coast for more than a day, you should know that it is much, much, much worse than people know. It is beyond the dystopia they had in all those eighties Troma films.

It is inevitable that CA will fall. I'm just glad I'll be alive to see it. It is a disgusting place.

California the state is beautiful the people in it not so much.

Ya know, just spit-balling here, you could build yourself a miniature house, put it down on a sideway under an overpass, and call yourself homeless. Then you could collect that government gravy, get a government phone, make sure you are close enough to a coffee shop to use its Wi-fi, pay no taxes, and live like a nigger on Uncle Sam's dime. In a warm climate, I can see that being viewed as a viable strategy. You could even open a bank account and save half your money. Your clothes would come from Good Will for free. You'd get free medical. Hell, you'd probably get free psychiatric counseling.

Goodwill does not donate clothing to the needy. Goodwill accepts donations and sells it to the public. Goodwill also uses a quirk in labor law to pay retards less than minimum wage. Goodwill has the perfect business model.

2019? Ah, the good old days when the city still prosecuted people for stealing.

Remember in the original "Planet of the Apes" when the three astronauts went swimming and left their stuff unattended for a few seconds? The crabs in that pot in San Francisco would drag anyone living comfortably down to their meth-addled level, with the sores and infections and rats and roaches and dead babies.

Yep. What he's suggesting is like telling white Europeans they can come to the United States because brown and blacks get in for free and sent to major city shelters. A white person coming from through the border would not get the same special treatment.

That same excuse. "I can't stop you kids, so the best thing I can do is get you real drugs, and show you how to do it properly!"

Like Gale Boettcher on Breaking Bad: "At least what we give them is a pure unadulterated product, as advertised. "

I'd have more respect if there was no attempt at justification beyond profit, and a hope that his customers all end up ODing.

These galaxy-brains don't take into account that the scumfuck dealer who is going to sell it is probably going to "stomp on it", AKA cut it with Lord knows what.

Yeah, it might've been "pure" heroin when it was bagged up in Afghanistan. But by the time it hits some suburbs in Ohio, how many hands has it passed through? How many people take a cut of it?

I remember, years ago, hearing that the average heroin content of a single dose (bag) was around 3-6%. So... wtf is the other 90%?!

I hate this "harm reduction" logic. This thinking gave rise to the "needle exchange", then legal shooting galleries, and now federally issued CRACK PIPES. We should not be making it easier to be an addict. We should be making it more and more inconvenient to be an addict. Make it hellish to get a fix every day. Make them feel hounded at every turn, arrested frequently, and denied drugs that would treat withdrawals. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET A PERSON TO FUCKING QUIT.

I'd argue the simplest option would be just mass distribution of tainted product.

My daughters sister in law fed p to her baby while on welfare.

Authorities knew.

No charges or disowning by family. Got to keep her baby.

Fed p? What is p?

This is the kind of homeless guy that, with a little bit of positive influence, could become a productive member of society. We have so much legislature that boosts the cost of real housing, it's crazy. There was a time where you could build apartment buildings with 200-400 square foot spaces, think studio apartments, but without a bathroom, and maybe no windows, but it's better than living on the street, and if it only costs them $100-$150/month to live there, why not? They can be a lazy bum if they want, and they wouldn't bout out on the streets buying drugs for kids.

But nope, lefties came along and decided that it's inhumane not to have windows and to have shared bathrooms. And it's inhumane to make buildings with fewer materials and less insulation to cut costs. Then they create laws saying that certain exteriors aren't allowed, and you can't build more than x apartment buildings per year, and on and on and on piling on law after law every year... Builders and investors obliged, and they had to charge more because things cost money. The left never understands this. They are always so entitled, and they just kvetch when they see the bill, blaming the increase purely on greed as if everything is free.

They push for these policies and wreck economies and then blame the very people that are trying to hold everything together and make something of their lives. Every time they do this, the result is the same, and they never see the pattern. I fantasize often about colonizing a distant planet and only letting sane people that are worth a damn come with me.

This is the kind of homeless guy that, with a little bit of positive influence, could become a productive member of society.

Yeah no.

Agree. Delusional hopium retard poster.

[–] 0 pt

I should have expressed that differently. He could be made to be less of a net negative on society. Just by not being in the street, those kids that asked him for drugs probably wouldn't have found him and gotten those drugs.

[–] 1 pt

I saw what you were getting at. He's able to have a normal conversation and is applying logic and reasoning to his actions, even if one disagrees with his logic and reasoning. I feel like I could talk to that guy and we'd understand each other.

So walls covered in shit, and trash piled like a horder.... They cant HANDLE responsibility hence why they are homeless.

And with some sort of lazy bum job like taxi driving a few days out of the month, he could afford a place to live that's one or two steps above being homeless.

Nowhere at any point in time have people been able to survive off of working a few days per month unless they have a passive income, the cost of subsistance will naturally raise to whatever can be made from a full time job.

How many times are you going to express yourself differently?

I smell 👃

In San Fran you wouldn't even be able to get something like that for $1500 per month even with regulations dropped.

[–] 0 pt

San Fran is economically retarded, a good example of what happens when people that don't understand economics... or anything else for that matter, are in charge
