First, you want leadership, someone thoroughly vetted, but off everyones radar. Us just being here means none of us could be it for example. Second, you want layers of isolation, because even if you are shut down, you still have people who can make decisions and set a course. Third, you want go-betweens, even if it's people on lists, to maintain that isolation. Fourth you want safe houses and logistics. Meeting places of people and small business owners that can supply you with any place to meet, organize, or do anything else.
Fifth you want your organization to be nameless and unknown.
Six you want front organizations that are known, and are public, manned by guys you can leverage, or guys you can trust, just as long as they are committed even to the bitter end, to the cause. These groups are your trip-wires safeties, your ablative shielding, your fundraisers, your political liasons, and your good-will ambassadors to garner public support. They are your shield and your umbrella and your interface to the outside world.
Seventh, anything you can do 'in house' you want to do inhouse, be it recruiting, or equipment production like vetting, and logistics. It is even better to do without what you might need, then risk obtaining it from dubious sources.
Where possible you use disposable inbetweens, and obscure every trail.
This is how you lay the ground work for private intelligence organizations, and political groups, and any other type of movement.

First this is myopic because free masonry is a back scratchers club, not an intelligence org.
Second, the system is absolutely lost.
You don't get it, because you either want to run away and hide in shelter, or you want to have a real war but are not stupid enough to say it publicly.
Understand the system is lost.
And it will take private logistics and intelligence networks to do either of those two options, war, OR protecting people and moving them around safely while thwarting domestic policy.
Thats why they say "if you want peace, prepare for war."
Just because you're prepared for war, doesn't mean you're going to one. But it makes a big difference in a crisis when people in the public and veterans could use the multiplier of information, communications, transport, organization, and logistics.
Don't fight battles you cant win. DO help bystanders and civilians, and assist those doing the same.
Resist by making it expensive to coerce people. Resist by making it costly to continue enforcing soft-dictatorship. Disobey, and continually encourage others to disobey unlawful orders and policies.
The state does not have infinite resources or manpower.
This is a war. A real war. And it is a war of attrition.
And if we refuse to cooperate the state will be forced to use violence against us, like they are gearing up to do in Ottawa.
When they do, thats desperation, thats their final measure, and they lose whatever legitimacy they had left.
And we win the last battle for support from the middle ground, we win it for good.
And that battle will determine the course of the whole fight.
