Maybe it's different in Ottawa, but in Texas in order to be guilty of "Failure to ID" you must be "under lawful arrest."

Those Canadian faggot cops are no different than your brother. And if your brother is in a position to arrest parole violators, your brother has made more than his fair share of bullshit arrests exactly like you see in that video to get to that position.
