We have made HUGE progress in Illinois! Check out how this single mom protected her 16 year old, autistic son by simply filing a claim against her superintendent's Surety Bond.

A mother named Violet with a 16-year-old boy who has autism begged the schools to let her son have an exemption. They refused.

When forced to wear the masks he became distraught and he harmed himself so badly that he had to be hospitalized in a mental institution.

Violet obtained the bond for the superintendent of her school district. Turns out - The superintendent was carrying a $4 million liability per bond claim!!

So next Violet served the superintendent with a letter of intent to file a claim against her bond if she didn’t pull back the mask mandates, admit she was wrong, and resign within five days.

The superintendent did nothing. After day 6 Violet filed the claim against her at the bond company.

The very next day we have a recording from the lawyers who represent the district explaining that they have to get rid of the masks, all state and federal funding is BLOCKED, and the superintendent is on her own with regard to the $4 million claim!!!

They also put out a request for parent volunteers to substitute for teachers because their funding is CEASED due to an OPEN claim against them.

How to get the Surety Bonds:

  1. Send a request letter directly to the public official’s email address – in many states they are each independently liable if they DO NOT provide this information upon request.

  2. Call the Treasurer and find out who the bond company is – then Contact the bond company and they will send you a copy.

  3. Get a copy of the bond at the probate office, which is where they’re kept according to many state laws.

  4. Contact the Sheriff and ask him to go down to the district office with you – if he won’t help, try to go after his bond, once you have it, demand that he help you.

  5. Ask constitutional sheriffs who they are bonded with and then call the company and request the bonds for every sheriff in your state. Sheriffs are MORE POWERFUL than you think. They have complete jurisdiction over your county, even over the Police Departments.

  6. Call the State Board of Education and tell them you want to start a new school, ask them if you need to be licensed, bonded and insured and get the list of companies you can use to set that up. Most states only have 1 or 2 bond companies. Then call each company and request the bonds under FOIA for every district.

  7. Start a group in your state in order to share paperwork and strategies. These companies are experts at playing cat and mouse. If you don’t ask for this information with specific language they feel they are not violating the law by denying your request. But once you find a strategy and verbiage that works it’s likely to work throughout your state.

  8. Some bonds are burred in insurance policies, If you get the policy, but you don't know how to read it contact us via our website and we will help. www.bondsforthewin.com

From the actual video description -

'Update - Violet felt bad that the teachers were out of work so she retracted the claim She assumed the Superintendent would operate on good faith But instead she re-inforced mask mandates We still have her bond Stay tuned....'

So essentially all of this video is null and void bc shortly after this she backed down, withdrew her claim and everything went back to how it was .... Um that ain't a win people.

Violet felt bad that the teachers were out of work so she retracted the claim

Every time. Immigrants, negroes, etc.

This is why you never feel sympathy for tyrants.

[–] 1 pt

wonder if she was threatened

[–] 0 pt

Yes, exactly and bc of her unwillingness to do what is right simply bc it causes pain / suffering to excise the 'disease' she allowed it to re-mandate what it had originally ... Serious this video is a bust - it's literally fake news unless she re-files.

Check https://t.me/s/bondsforthewin

Many "wins". Also..watch out for trolls trying to downplay the significance of this.

[–] 1 pt

Not sure what you are suggesting but this was an update from the Bondsforthewin own video description after they posted the video on ytube - no-one is downplaying the significance but alerting others to the fact that what is described in the video was all rescinded after she didn't follow through with her claim. If you have another video where she re-filed against the school administrator then by all means please link it - cause it's not there on the telegram acct anywhere that i can see and i checked ....

The process doesn't need to be complicated like this.

But yes. Going after bonds are a great way to get shit changed. Anyone can file a complaint against a bond.

The same holds true for malpractice insurance for every lawyer in the country. Filing bar complaints puts pressure on the lawyers malpractice insurance.

It works the same way.

  1. You file a complaint.
  2. The board overseeing the complaints registers the complaint on record and does nothing unless there is a political push to do something, which is rare.
  3. Because actions are rarely, if ever, taken against the person named in the complaint, the bond company or the malpractice insurer, can't distinguish between a legit complaint and a frivolous complaint.
  4. One complaint in 2 years, no big deal. Two complaints, same. Numerous complaints in a short period of time, however, becomes a big deal.
  5. The cost of the bond or insurance goes up, can become impossible to get or they withdraw the policy.
  6. City employees that lose their bond can't do their job. Lawyers that lose their malpractice insurance can't practice law.

Prosecutors are not immune, either. If they ever intend on private practice, they will need insurance and 5 or 6 complaints in a year will end his future endeavors.

Hmm so could the cops/sanitation workers use this against the mayor and his clot shot mandates in ny? That would be interesting to see when theyre personally liable

[–] 0 pt

I don't think the mayor is bonded. The city manager may be. I believe the courts have ruled against the NYC mayor's mandates, tho.

Not sure.

[–] 0 pt

So what do you mean it doesn't have to be complicated like this ??. Curious,Do you have a less complicated solution ? ....

[–] 0 pt

You file a claim against their surety bond. That can be done pro se.

Not sure the purpose of any steps beyond finding out whose bonded, who bonded them, and the process for filling a claim on the bond.

[–] 0 pt (edited )

So you didn't watch the video or understand the explanation on why they did those steps ??. Because what you put down is exactly what they did, and then involved the Sherriff to (hopefully) ensure lawful process on the schools part, and also to get information on each actual bonding company in that District by setting up their own School (Charter presumably).

I'm not sure what was so complicated about crossing the T's and doting the I's ?/ ... or attempting to keep the Schools response above board by having a Law Enforcement Officer on hand when serving Legal paperwork to a possible disinterested party ??.

This is awesome. Thank you for sharing.

Easier to rent a hitman on Tor.

Every single one of those hitman is a glow in the dark.

You're better off going to a literal cartel member, theoretically.

if you really want to make it fun, get an appointment with the board, superintendent, or whomever, and force THEM to walk YOU through the procedure to file the claim pro se. they won't want to help you .. which can be real fun .... they won't know what the procedure is ... most likely and you will enjoy forcing them to find it out for you ... usually by them approaching the insurance company for you......

Filing liens via affidavits against their personal property can keep them from selling said property.

At least this got the attention it deserved this time.

Sounds like a viable legal fulcrum to dislodge intransigent politicians or bureaucrats. Not sure why but it kinda reminds me of a reverse-SLAPP lawsuit.

As an Australian, can someone explain what a bond is in relation to elected officials? How does it relate in this instance?

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

Did you watch the video? They explained it.

I'm assuming it would be the same in Australia. Perhaps contact www.bondsforthewin.com for some guidance?

Ah okay, I just read the incident report. Will watch the video. Thanks.

They mentioned a guy named Steven that they learned this from on the SGT report.

I think this is the video they are talking about; https://www.bitchute.com/video/11pnCzVbDDk7/

OK, I understand what a surety bond is now. Basically like liability insurance. For example if you are a food manufacturer and your product makes someone sick, the aggrieved party can sue you for compensation. There is a duty of care. So with elected officials in the US, the duty if care is to uphold the Constitution. If the don't and someone is injured i.e the autistic child, you can sue them for breaching their duty of care. That's an awesome, logical law. Pretty sure that doesn't apply in Australia though. Our politicians can do whatever they want as we don't have a Constitution, and they make all the rules with impunity.

Have you looked into "Common Law"?

AWFL warfare. Forgive me for not being impressed.
