Believe me friends if this happened to me I would stake out this place and identify all involved by stakeout using high powered long range monocular and identify each individual and what vehicle they come and go in. (important tip, do not take pics or write any kind of log, this is where memory is needed) Then place GPS trackers (this is the hard part actually, finding GPS trackers that can not leave a sale trail, not really that hard to do, but it's very important that you do so) on all of their vehicles using a android app that the GPS uses on a micro pc such as a raspberry pi, discover software or write specific code. If you download the trackers software do it anonymously (I mention this later) Finding anonymity is not hard with a RP kit and cheap battery source, consider it disposable after use and then just use public wifi (malls, parking lots, stores, restaurants, be keen of your surroundings here, make sure to be disguised to stay anonymous) Use the oh so popular face diaper, a hat and dark sunglasses to deny facial recognition. Do not use a vehicle on the stakeout, on foot only. Finally then track them where 'they live' (no pun intended, well maybe). Memorize their locations and remember no logs or trails to this point, figure out exactly how and what you want to do about them? You now know who the enemy is and where they reside. I do this kinda shit in minecraft all the time, good interesting times and full of fun!
