When I was around 13 I had just started working out. I was at the gym squatting. I had the worst possible form you could have. Bending my back. Some guy comes up to me he says hey that’s bad form you’re gonna hurt yourself. Me being the little shit head I was was like yea yea whatever fag. Then the next day I was playing football with my friends and I was standing there and my back just gave out. Like a ghost yanked out a vertebrae. I fell on the ground. Everyone thought it was hilarious. I had to use a cane the rest of the day like an old man. Form is important
No matter how much you fuck up your back, lingering pain is the result muscle imbalance that accrued while you were compensating for the original injury. Unless you have some time of genetic disease or something in which case you are fucked.
I went to a chiropractor once. He told me how much a treatment program was and I never returned.
Consider yourself having dodged the bullet. You will get far more good out of a decent masseuse than you ever will from the best chiropractor. Wanna cheapskate it? Get a Core Products Jeanie Rub Variable Speed Massager!
