Fully aware. 5G is signaling across multiple frequencies. Wifi uses 2.4 and 5 ghz frequencies. The fact that new spectrum between the two is added is seemingly irrelevant.

The point being is that these frequency bands have been in use for as long as we've been able to transmit on them, and everything up to Ka is / has been in common use by consumer equipment for the last 50 years.
If it's making people sick now then it should have been doing it years ago when every cop in the USA was pointing high-power X, Ku, and Ka RADAR guns at you, and every home outside the city had a C-band downlink.
