Civnat means civic nationalist. Basically a "nationalist" who thinks any race can be a part of a nation. Nation in this case meaning a group of people with a common ethnic origin, i.e. Germans, English, French, etc. This being opposed to an ethno-nationalist. Cuck is self explanatory.
