This court is a complete fcking sham - it doesn't exist, has no jurisdiction, no judicial authority or any legal powers. It's a creation of the guy in the video Kevin Annett. He claimed the Court had sentenced the Queen Guilty of Crimes against Humanity and a whole host of Child Exploitation/ murder charges a few years back - in Absentia. Sorry for the length, lol.

When this International Court first began gaining traction through word of mouth etc maybe 10 years back - Annett hired a couple of lawyers to be Law Clerks, to add a bit of authenticity - they quickly discovered and then went public - that there was no Actual court buildings - they were working remote - writing up their own arrest charges, criminal complaints etc/ there were no actual investigators or staff other than Annett and 'ytube witnesses', no Govt/ Judicial let alone International Law Court legislative authority , no funds - it was all ytube grifting.

This International Court larp all started after Annett somehow scammed his way into the Natives tribal groups at the center of big Tribal Court case in Canada a decade ago for past systemic abuses of Aboriginal Children -- and fcked up their entire court case the day before it was due to be heard in front of a Judge - it got thrown out in its entirety as Annett was releasing all the personal details of those involved(names and dates of the actual witnesses and their full testimonies etc on his ytube channel before it had even been heard in court before the judge) while there was an actual complete ban of releasing anything to the public by the Judge bc it was such a massive case he didn't want anything prejudicial to be herd outside the Courts. Half the Tribal Authority went to sue him and hate his guts and he is not allowed any contact etc while some others claim he was 'still doing good for their cause' however after that he got this idea to start 'private prosecutions' and kept riding the coat tails of the ongoing legitimate Tribal Grievance until they could get an order of cease and desisting - which is where his International Court Guilty verdict against the Queen stems from.

TL;DR He created this entire fcking Court and has been prosecuting cases (out of his fcking hotel room) for donations.
