Ask a friend to use their cellphone number to make a jewgle account. Sign up and just get the code or whatever. That's why I did. Could even just go into a cellphone store and use one of their display phones. I use YouTube vanced (on mobile) (free with no ads) I do have a laptop but don't use it much anymore.
