Actual police shooting incidents often look nothing like the movies. I've watched more Police Activity vids than is probably healthy. This one didn't look particularly weird. Some guy, high as fuck on drugs, running around half naked with an knife and ending up getting shot. That's a fairly normal occurrence. If you want a freaky one, there was one where a meth'd out chick armed with scissors attacks the cop, he shoots her and she does a full front flip before dropping to the ground (here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLbKSysIc6Q), she even has a "shoot me nigger" thrown in.
