I was not looking for this clip, but stumbled upon it when Bitchute's retarded search function spit it out.

We all know this guy is evil and probably does have everyone in his pocket, but it is short clip and out of context. Thoughts? Any idea on the time/context of this clip?

I don't know. That is why I posted, to get help tracking down the original/full clip and/or to debunk it. Any help is appreciated.

He didn't technically say "I got them in my pocket"... he said they are "partners". So title is fake, but we all know they are in the same club that pull many of the puppet strings via money, bribes, and threats.
