Is this real? His face looks off, like it's a filter or a deep fake. Or is his face just like that, almost like it's partially paralyzed?

I don't know. That is why I posted, to get help tracking down the original/full clip and/or to debunk it. Any help is appreciated.

He didn't technically say "I got them in my pocket"... he said they are "partners". So title is fake, but we all know they are in the same club that pull many of the puppet strings via money, bribes, and threats.
