On construction job with a bunch of guys straight out of high school. They were more like children. Didn't know how to use tools, couldn't even use a tape measure properly, broke equipment, lazy and undisciplined. Very annoying.
Then you also have to worry about stealing and to high or drunk to even work or not have everything double checked.
That also. I've caught multiple coworkers with my personal tools, sometimes months later and once at a different job site five hundred miles from where it was taken. Imagine, I'm lacking an important tool and a coworker hands me a tool that I've marked as mine. Then on one job I weld out a critical area, inspectors come and declare it is wrong. I cut out all welds and fitter is told to refit it. After lunch I return, fitter says it's ready and I smell marijuana. I call inspectors before welding again and it's wrong once more. I report the drug use. Another refit by a different man and this time it's correct. Think of the waste of time at $20.00 an hour.
Playing with cell phones on the job. This shit enrages me. Over and over these clowns do this shit. It's a firing offense in a refinery but boss forgives them. One ass actually took a call during safety meeting and barked back at foreman when asked to put the phone away. He was fired and left in a cloud of curse words.
