If you were not masked and jabbed, you were considered trespassing by the state. However, he is not law enforcement and was therefore not required to enforce the trespass. When they tried to get him to answer their question about asking customers their status for trespass, they were trying to get him to admit that he accepted enforcement responsibilities. He did not answer the question and therefore did not voluntarily incriminate himself. The cameraman stated the reason he would not ask the question, citing the law on doctor patient privilege. The crowds presence and the cameras were the only thing keeping them honest. They come in groups so they can corroborate their story even if it is a lie. The crowd and cameras kept them in line and they left the premises.
