How do you know it's suspended in dry gel? WTF is "dry gel"? The video is inconclusive. Going by my logic which is; Why would someone make a video like lying about this? It is easier to make a cat video and make way, way, way ,more money. If you were lying why would you put out your name and medical ID number which could easily be verified and proven whether he is or is not a doctor. This leads me to believe he is most likely a real doctor. The emotion he puts into it especially at the end is convincing. I know jews are good at acting because of their fucked up brains but if this is the case this would be quite a performance. Therefore I would conclude he believes what he is saying and is most likely a doctor for real. It's possible he's looking at bubbles but usually doctors who look through microscopes through their whole careers would be able to differentiate bubbles from other objects. I would however like to see more samples not just one vial. The fact is right now there is no way to know if this video is real or fake so making comments such as yours shows weak probability and deduction skills.

Someone can be a “real doctor” without having any knowledge of electronics or circuitry. Someone can be a “real doctor” and be suffering from mental illness.
It doesn’t matter how real or fake the video is; simply looking at what is being shown it is very easy to definitively say that there is no circuitry of any kind present and that even if the individual components claimed to be present, such as ceramic capacitors, were actually present, their size would make any functional device that they are a part of be far too large to be injected with anything but a comically large syringe. The entire premise is just pants on head retarded and you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to come to that conclusion.
He did not "claim" anything to be present. He says it may be or that it looks like. I think you have a problem understanding magnification and the actual size we're looking at. If this was a circuit of some kind it would not be something that you know about because believe it or not there's lots you don't know. The entire premise is far fetched but so was the radio before it was invented. Flat earth has nothing in common with this because it can be easily disproven. Your false understanding of the size of this sample and the size of syringe required is what's comical. In fact there has been some breakthroughs on self forming simple circuits that could be injected into the human body.
