My point is, Russia has every right to take full political control of the Ukraine, for the reasons I listed above. It didn't have to be like that either. Prior to 2014, the Ukraine existed as a satellite country of Russia with a pro-russian government, similar to Belarus. That deal was acceptable to Moscow. After the western backed coup-d'état which deposed a duly elected president, the lowest scum of the earth took control of the country and threatened to move the NATO alliance right up the underbelly of Russia. I only have to imagine a scenario where China did that to Mexico to understand how the Russians feel about the Ukraine.

It’s underway, chinese influence is growing in South America. We’re just lucky that the Mexican government and the drug cabals are in total control of the border. The Chinese have no possibility of getting a foot in there. Mexicans are viscous and very territorial. No avenue there for China.
